To secure a reservation at The Cayman Club, guests must provide a valid credit card at the time a reservation request is submitted. The credit card information is retained solely for the purpose of guaranteeing the reservation.
Submitting a reservation request does not automatically confirm the reservation. Reservations are considered confirmed only after The Cayman Club reviews the request and provides confirmation to the guest.
The credit card used to guarantee the reservation must remain valid through the reservation period. If the credit card becomes invalid or cannot be authorized when necessary, The Cayman Club reserves the right to cancel the reservation unless updated payment information is promptly provided.
By providing a credit card and submitting a reservation request, guests authorize The Cayman Club to charge the card for applicable cancellation fees in accordance with the Cayman Club Cancellation Policy and for other charges related to the reservation or stay where permitted under the applicable reservation terms.
